Role Overview
- We are looking for a Female Business Partner (Luxury Retail) responsible for driving strategic growth across the luxury retail business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company’s commercial objectives and luxury brand positioning.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with high value clients, corporate accounts, developers, hospitality groups, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with retail operations and store management teams to support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor business development performance against established KPIs and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, commercial sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Prior experience within luxury retail, premium consumer goods, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing key accounts and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of annual and quarterly revenue targets.
- Number and value of new corporate accounts acquired.
- Growth in strategic partnerships and commercial collaborations.
- Increase in VIP and high net worth customer engagement.
Compensation
- Pay: AED13,000.00 AED19,000.00 per month
