- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and brand positioning
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate with developers, agents, and external marketing partners
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations
- Organize events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation and measurable marketing results
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, and paid advertising
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing previous achievements
