- Identify and approach potential clients within the Real Estate sector

- Present PM Digital Agency's services and prepare customized proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover after closing
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities
- Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular sales updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is a must
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content, SEO, Web Development, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong network within the Real Estate industry is highly preferred
