- Deliver PMP training based on the latest PMI framework and exam requirements
- Explain project management concepts clearly, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communication, procurement, and stakeholder management
- Guide learners on PMP exam preparation, question solving techniques, and study strategies
- Include practical examples, case studies, and real world project scenarios
- Train participants on how AI tools can support project planning, reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, risk analysis, resource planning, and productivity
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, assessments, and practice questions when required
- Support learners with doubts, assignments, and exam related guidance
- Maintain professional training standards and ensure strong learner engagement throughout the program
Requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Strong experience in project management training or corporate training
- Practical project management experience across industries is preferred
- Good understanding of AI tools used for workplace productivity and project management
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to handle professionals, managers, and corporate learners
- Prior experience delivering PMP exam preparation training is highly preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced PMP Trainer with practical knowledge of AI tools and their use in project management.
- The trainer will be responsible for delivering high quality PMP training sessions, helping learners understand PMI standards, project management best practices, and the use of AI to improve planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and decision making.

- Prior training experience in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.

- The ideal candidate should be a certified PMP professional who can combine traditional project management knowledge with modern AI enabled work practices.
- The trainer should be confident, practical, and capable of helping learners prepare for the PMP exam while also showing them how AI can improve real project workflows.
