Industry:** Education And Training Institute

**Experience:** 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication can apply)

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to interested leads
  • Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into enrollments
  • Do regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Explain course details, fees, and career benefits clearly
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM
  • Build and maintain relationships with students and professionals
  • Achieve monthly targets for admissions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth conversions

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory, Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
  • Confidence in calling and handling prospects
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude

Preferred Background

  • Experience in EduTech / Training Institute / Sales / Telecalling is an advantage
  • Familiarity with professional courses (Digital Marketing, IFRS, HR, etc.) is a plus
