Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Assist with system monitoring, security, and backup solutions
- Deliver both remote and on-site support when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in network troubleshooting and IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and security practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be on own visa or family visa
- Must be available starting October, anytime (flexible)
