About the Role
Arena Group is seeking experienced Freelance HSE Officers for project-based roles in UAE and KSA. You will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, and promote a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE management systems in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved safety procedures and method statements
- Provide HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training to site personnel
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practices
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and report findings with corrective actions
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with company standards
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective HSE coordination
- Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all sites
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HSE Management Systems
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline
- Valid Medical Insurance
- Certified in First Aid & Fire Fighting Training
- Ajeer Agreement for KSA and Valid UAE Residence Visa and Noc from Sponsor for UAE
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Driving License with own car (preferred)

Freelance HSE Officer
- Arena Group is looking for experienced and passionate Freelance HSE Officers to support in house teams on upcoming projects across UAE and KSA.
- Role involves implementing and monitoring HSE policies, ensuring compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture.
