The role involves leading commercial and contractual activities across projects, with strong involvement in both pre- and post-tender stages, including active client engagement and interface management.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, monitoring key business performance metrics, and ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations while optimizing project profitability.

The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align commercial strategies with broader organizational objectives.

· Proficiency in Commercial Management and Contract Management practices

· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering

· Minimum 5+ years of experience modular construction/infrastructure sector or project-based industries is highly preferred

· Strong background in project management and tendering

· Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) within KSA or the GCC region is an advantage.

· Proven experience managing teams of Estimators and QS professionals

· Strong client-facing experience during pre- and post-tender phases

· Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
