Overview

  • We're looking for a hands on, full stack Digital Marketing Specialist who genuinely knows it all, someone who can own the entire digital funnel end to end, from strategy and campaign build to copywriting, keyword research, paid media execution, CRM, and optimisation.
  • This role suits someone who is confident driving strategy forward and contributing fresh thinking, rather than working solely from briefs.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Own digital campaigns end to end, from initial strategy and set up through to launch, day to day management, and ongoing optimisation
  • Build full funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and retargeting that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue
  • Plan campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding, and tracking before anything goes live
  • Run continuous A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and bids
  • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads from scratch
  • Manage and optimise all live ad accounts, adjusting targeting, bids, budgets, and creative to hit and beat CPA and ROAS targets
  • Own conversion tracking and pixel/tag set up (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs)
  • Write sharp, high performing ad copy, landing page copy, email sequences, and social content
  • Carry out keyword research to find the highest performing, highest intent terms
  • Use SEMrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO opportunities, and campaign planning
  • Manage CRM and lead workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture sequences, and email automation
  • Use Apollo for prospecting, list building, data enrichment, and outbound lead generation

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, ideally in a B2B and/or agency environment
  • A proven track record of building, running, and optimising successful campaigns across multiple channels
  • Essential hands on experience with Apollo (prospecting, enrichment, outbound lead gen)
  • Essential hands on experience with SEMrush (keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO)
  • Hands on experience setting up and managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads from scratch
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to research and select high performing keywords
  • Experience managing CRM, email automation, and lead nurture workflows
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with tools like Google Analytics / GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and optimisation tools and methods
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data and ideas clearly
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
