Role Overview

  • We're looking for a hands on, full stack Digital Marketing Specialist who can own the entire digital funnel.
  • This role suits someone confident driving strategy and contributing fresh thinking.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Campaign strategy, set up & execution: Own digital campaigns end to end.
  • Build full funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and retargeting.
  • Plan campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding, and tracking.
  • Run continuous A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and bids.
  • Paid media & advertising: Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage and optimize live ad accounts to hit CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Own conversion tracking and pixel/tag set up.
  • Copywriting & keyword research: Write sharp, high performing ad copy, landing page copy, email sequences, and social content.
  • Carry out keyword research using SEMrush.
  • CRM & lead generation: Manage CRM and lead workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture sequences, and email automation.
  • Use Apollo for prospecting, list building, data enrichment, and outbound lead generation.
  • Analytics & optimisation: Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, report insights.

Required Skills

  • Hands on experience with SEMrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Hands on experience with Apollo for prospecting, list building, data enrichment, and outbound lead generation.
  • Experience setting up and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in conversion tracking and pixel/tag set up (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs).
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad copy, landing pages, email sequences, and social content.
  • Experience with CRM and lead workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture sequences, and email automation.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) and report insights.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar).
