- Own digital campaigns end to end: strategy, set up, launch, management, and optimization
- Build full funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and retargeting
- Plan campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding, and tracking
- Run continuous A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and bids
- Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage and optimize live ad accounts to hit CPA and ROAS targets
- Own conversion tracking and pixel/tag set up
- Write ad copy, landing page copy, email sequences, and social content
- Carry out keyword research using SEMrush
- Manage CRM and lead workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture sequences, and email automation
- Use Apollo for prospecting, list building, data enrichment, and outbound lead generation
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, report insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands on experience with SEMrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
- Hands on experience with Apollo for prospecting, list building, data enrichment, and outbound lead generation
- Experience setting up and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in conversion tracking and pixel/tag set up (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs)
- Strong copywriting skills for ad copy, landing pages, email sequences, and social content
- Experience with CRM and lead workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture sequences, and email automation
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) and report insights
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar)

Role Overview
