Responsibilities
- Develop AI generated visual concepts for campaigns, pitches, and client presentations
- Create high quality Key Visuals (KVs) using AI image generation tools
- Upscale, retouch, expand, and refine imagery using AI powered creative tools
- Generate multiple creative routes quickly to support concept development and client presentations
- Ensure visual consistency across campaign assets and brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and wider creative teams
- Prepare AI generated assets for production teams and external vendors
- Build, organise, and maintain prompt libraries and reusable AI workflows
- Research, test, and implement emerging AI creative tools, techniques, and best practices
- Apply strong design fundamentals including composition, colour, typography, and visual storytelling
- Use creative judgement and art direction skills to produce presentation ready visuals
Requirements
- Strong experience in brand design, visual design, or art direction within an agency or in house creative team
- Expertise in AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Stable Diffusion, or similar
- Excellent retouching and image manipulation skills using Photoshop and other creative tools
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative thinking, high quality visual execution, and AI assisted campaign work
- Understanding of production ready asset preparation and workflows
- Curiosity, adaptability, and passion for staying ahead of emerging AI creative technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

About the Role
- We're looking for a Freelance AI Designer with a strong creative eye and passion for combining design excellence with AI powered creative tools.
- You'll work alongside Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to develop compelling visual concepts.
