Role Overview
Manage active credit card fraud cases, investigations, and resolution activities.
Support fraud detection, prevention, policy development, and client-facing subject matter expertise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee fact gathering and investigations while maintaining service level agreements.
- Collaborate with legal, business units, client leadership, and government agencies on fraud initiatives.
- Develop tools and process improvements to improve fraud identification.
- Manage software used to research transactions and customer records for fraudulent activity.
- Monitor fraud trends, data, and patterns to mitigate losses.
- Implement anti-fraud processes for payments, transactions, and account registrations.
- Train frontline supervisors on quality performance and sensitive data handling.
- Conduct SQL queries, data profiling, reporting, and analysis.
- Support client contractual requirements and provide fraud risk policy guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least six years of related professional experience.
- One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
