Role Overview
The Pay, Integrity & Identity Analytics team protects Lyft customers and supports sustainable company growth.
The role investigates and develops solutions to prevent and mitigate third-party fraud.
The analyst identifies fraud patterns and sources to reduce financial and reputational risk.
The role works with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve fraud detection strategies, real-time fraud rules, and models.
- Build dashboards and tools to measure payment processes, operations, and new programs.
- Resolve identity, integrity, and other escalated issues with cross-functional teams.
- Report business metrics, key issues, recommendations, and plans to senior management and executives.
- Develop business cases and projected ROI for fraud program opportunities.
- Deliver and prioritize fraud detection and mitigation enhancements.
- Create customer-friendly policies that balance reduced user friction with fraud loss.
