The Franchise Account Executive is responsible for identifying and cultivating new clients within a defined territory and developing relationships with brokers and other partners.
Franchise Account Executives create their own prospecting activities and are constantly looking to turn contacts and relationships into clients.
The Franchise Account Executive works with prospects in a consultative manner to provide them with insight and solutions that will improve the prospects workforce solution.

This is a full-time position.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, and the employee is required to work an approved schedule that falls within the Company business hours of 8am-6pm.
Out of town travel is occasionally required.
