Job purpose
Coordinate and support offshore training programs for fleet personnel.
Ensure effective scheduling, accurate data management and consistent training delivery in line with operational and compliance requirements.
Training administration
- Coordinate training plans and schedules.
- Arrange logistics, invite participants and track attendance.
Records and documentation
- Maintain and update training records and documentation for accurate tracking of training activities.
Training and licensing data
- Update and manage training data to support operational compliance.
- Update and manage licensing data to support regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Four to six years of experience in ship management or the maritime field is preferred.
