FP&A Specialist (Contract) – UAE \| Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are seeking an experienced **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional** for a contract role supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
Job Details
- **Location:** UAE
- **Salary:** AED 15,000 per month
- **Contract Duration:** 6 months (initial 3–4 months with extension)
- **Employment Type:** Contract
- **Start Date:** Immediate
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant FP&A / Finance experience
- Qualified Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of **Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR)**
- Experience with **Oracle Projects (preferred)**
- Understanding of **service contracts (Material & Labour)**
- Experience in **technology or project-based environments**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **month-end closing** and preparation of management accounts
- Perform **balance sheet reconciliations** and supporting schedules
- Develop **financial forecasts** based on project backlog
- Compare forecast vs **FY26 budget** and highlight variances
- Analyze **cost overruns and change order requests**
- Collaborate with business teams for financial insights and planning
Preferred Criteria
- Own visa preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
