FP&A

• Own and drive long-term financial models (3–5 years) supporting business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Build scalable financial frameworks for evaluating growth opportunities, investments, and monetization strategies.
• Lead annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and strategic financial reviews.
• Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.

Work extensively with complex digital revenue structures, including:

• Revenue share arrangements
• Fixed-fee and milestone-based contracts
• Royalties and licensing revenue
• Platform and marketplace commissions
• First-party store commissions (App Store / platform cuts)
• In-app purchase (IAP) monetization
• Subscription revenue models
• Advertising and ad monetization revenue
• Publishing advances and minimum guarantees
• Live-ops monetization streams
• Hybrid monetization models
• IP acquisition, licensing, or sale transactions
• Evaluate deal structures, pricing models, monetization strategies, and revenue optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Business Development and Product teams to assess commercial viability and financial impact of new initiatives.

• Consolidate multiple products, titles, studios, business lines, or revenue streams into a unified financial view.
• Develop portfolio-level dashboards and executive reporting frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional reporting and ensure financial visibility across business units.
• Support leadership with strategic insights for portfolio performance management.

• Partner closely with Product, Studio, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Provide financial insights to support monetization decisions, pricing strategy, partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and scenario planning.

• 6–10 years of FP&A experience within Gaming, SaaS, Marketplace, or Digital Platform businesses.
• Proven ownership of long-term financial models (3–5 years) used for strategic planning and capital allocation.
• Strong experience with multi-business, multi-product, or portfolio-level financial consolidation.
• Hands-on exposure to digital revenue models and complex monetization structures.
• Strong understanding of commercial finance, business partnering, and strategic planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Experience working with BI and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
