FP&A Business Performance Advisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial management information, performance materials, analysis, and insights for business decisions.
• Perform economic analysis to evaluate project and scenario viability and identify economic drivers and sources of value.
• Improve supply-related management information systems and processes through automation and self-service.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of financial analysis and reporting products.
• Work across global FP&A teams to establish effective ways of working and collaboration.
• Coach junior team members and embed new ways of working across teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A business, finance, or engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Extensive performance reporting experience in large-scale organizations is required.
• Experience developing and communicating financial management information to stakeholders is required.
• Experience delivering business planning processes is required.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft products, Power BI, Tableau, or similar financial and visualization systems is required.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at different organizational levels and coach team members is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA or another accounting designation such as CIMA or ACCA is preferred.
• Ten years of relevant post-degree experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is preferred.
• Experience in downstream, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or customer-facing businesses is advantageous.

Schedule and Travel

• The role may require alternative shifts to provide overlap with European or British time zones.
• The description states expected travel of 10–15%, including international travel.
• Relocation assistance is available within the country.
