Role Summary
This is more than a coding role — you’ll architect, build, and ship high-impact AI products alongside the founding team. Expect full ownership, rapid growth, and the chance to help shape a category-defining company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-moving, application-layer platform.
- Build product features that measurably improve go-to-market effectiveness for our customers.
- Ship in tight cycles; measure outcomes and continuously raise the bar on reliability, data quality, and UX.
- Act like an owner-learn fast, unblock yourself, and set a high standard for speed, quality, and teamwork.
- Work closely with our research and product teams to bring language, retrieval, and embedding models into production with strong safety and observability.
