About the Role
Careem is incubating a new division for Enterprise AI Transformation and seeks a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer for WorkOS. You will lead deployment of AI solutions with enterprise customers, building full-stack integrations and agentic systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of WorkOS in the field, understanding customer operations and architecting AI driven solutions
- Build, iterate, and ship high quality full stack code for bespoke integrations and custom agents
- Translate field tested insights into core product requirements
- Win trust of stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise hierarchies
- Perform technical tasks such as setting up RAG pipelines, debugging legacy APIs, designing dashboards
Requirements
- 5 8+ years of high octane engineering experience
- Experience in forward deployed, mission driven environments (e.g., Palantir, high growth startups)
- Mastery of modern stack (React/TS, Python/Node)
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks
- Excellent communication skills

The Opportunity
- We are looking for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to be the vanguard of the WorkOS mission.
- You will be the bridge between our core AI engine and customers' operations.
What You’ll Do
- Tip of the Spear: Lead deployment of WorkOS in the field.
- Rapid Fire Execution: Build, iterate, and ship high quality full stack code.
- Feedback Loop Mastery: Translate field tested insights into core product requirements.
- Winning Stakeholders: Act as the technical face of WorkOS.
- Technical Versatility: Perform whatever is necessary to make the solution land.
What You’ll Need
- 5–8+ years of high octane engineering experience.
- The FDE Pedigree: Experience in forward deployed, mission driven environments.
- Full Stack Polyglot: Mastery of React/TS, Python/Node.
- AI Fluidity: Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to explain complex AI logic to a CEO and deep dive with infrastructure lead.
