About the Role
NeuroxLedger is seeking a Founder's Associate to join as the first hire, owning the capital-raising process from investor pipeline management to pitch deck creation. - Present alongside the founder at pitch days
- Drive outreach and follow up until every conversation has a next step
- Learn capital structure: SAFEs, cap tables, term sheets from live financial model
- Absorb the founder's vision deeply enough to represent it when he's not in the room

About the Role
- NeuroxLedger is an AI intelligence layer above ERP and accounting systems, born in the UAE on the January 2027 Peppol e invoicing mandate.
- This is the first hire in the company, working shoulder to shoulder with a founder who has 14 years of finance systems experience.
- Startups at this stage are unpredictable: highs are real, falls are real, pace set by mission.
The Mission You'd Own
- Close first capital tranche ($250K–$500K on SAFEs) and build the machine for every round after it.
- Run investor pipeline end to end: research, qualify, track UAE and international investors; own CRM.
- Build and sharpen investor materials: decks, one pagers, data room, briefing notes.
- Be in the room at pitch days, presenting alongside the founder.
- Drive outreach and follow up until every conversation has a next step.
- Learn capital structure: SAFEs, cap tables, term sheets from live financial model.
- Absorb founder's vision deeply enough to represent it when he's not in the room.
