About The Role
We are looking for a **dynamic and confident Brand Promoter & Office Associate** to represent our company at events, exhibitions, and community activations, while also supporting the managment in day-to-day coordination.
This is a **high-visibility, fast-paced role** where you’ll be the face of the brand and work closely with leadership.
Brand Promotion & Events
- Represent the company at **events, exhibitions, and campaigns**
- Engage with visitors, explain services, and generate leads
- Create a strong first impression and build brand presence
- Support marketing activities and on-ground activations
Networking & Outreach
- Interact with business owners, professionals, and potential clients
- Build connections and direct leads to the sales team
- Assist in organizing and executing community events
Office Support (Personal Assistant Role)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and daily priorities
- Assist during client meetings and business discussions
- Handle follow-ups and basic coordination tasks
- Work closely with the Managment on day-to-day operations
Who You Are
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic personality with a **“go-to-market” mindset**
- Willing to work **flexible hours, including evenings and events**
- Organized and able to multitask between fieldwork and coordination
- Prior experience in **events, promotions, hospitality, or customer-facing roles** is a plus
- Based in UAE and familiar with local business culture
Compensation
- **AED 3,000 /-**
- Performance-based incentives (leads, conversions, event success)
