- Lead end to end development of rapid innovation and fast track solutions, from idea to working pilot
- Build hands on yourself, prototyping AI and agent based solutions, while directing an offshore pod of AI engineers
- Run live, executive level demos for client stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating quickly
- Champion new modalities (e.g., video avatars, voice, vision), channels, and rapid data analyses
- Run the lightweight safe to experiment checklist, protecting move fast culture without breaching data sovereignty or client trust
- Nominate pilots for graduation and hand them cleanly to the Production team for hardening and scale

Role Summary
- This is a Forward Deployed Engineering role. You will be embedded onsite with our client and business team, working shoulder to shoulder to turn ambiguous problems into working AI solutions at speed.
- You own the rapid innovation and “fast track” engine: running discovery directly with client stakeholders, designing and building pilots in the room, and creating “wow moments” that prove value quickly across platforms and channels.
- You are hands on and customer facing in equal measure. You translate business needs into rapid prototypes yourself, and you direct a supporting pod of offshore AI engineers to accelerate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed onsite with the client and business team, building trusted relationships and running rapid discovery to surface the problems most worth solving.
- Lead the end to end development of rapid innovation and fast track solutions, from idea to working pilot, owning a shippable pilot or demo every sprint.
- Build hands on yourself, prototyping AI and agent based solutions, while directing and coordinating an offshore pod of AI engineers to accelerate delivery.
- Run live, executive level demos for client stakeholders, gathering feedback in the room and iterating quickly.
- Champion new modalities (for example video avatars, voice, vision), channels, and rapid data analyses to expand what is possible for the client.
- Run the lightweight safe to experiment checklist, protecting the move fast culture without ever breaching data sovereignty or client trust.
- Nominate pilots for graduation and hand them cleanly to the Production team for hardening and scale.
Key Requirements
- Hands on senior builder or technical lead with proven rapid prototyping experience.
- Strong experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, able to design and ship AI solutions end to end.
- Genuinely customer facing: confident running discovery, scoping, and live demos directly with client and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable directing technical contributors, including remote or offshore engineers, and owning the quality of their output.
- Product and innovation mindset, with the ability to work through ambiguity and turn vague needs into concrete solutions.
- Comfortable with experimentation and knowing when “good enough to learn” is the right approach.
- Willing and able to be based onsite at the client in the UAE.
Preferred
- Startup, venture building, or professional services / client embedded background.
- Experience with multimodal solutions (vision, voice, avatars).
- Strong executive demo and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering for UAE / GCC, government, or large enterprise clients.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Tech Stack
- Container Apps, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI plus public / low tier models via gateway, React rapid front ends, sandbox landing zone.
