Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embedded, client-facing engineer who sits close to the client's environment, rapidly prototypes AI solutions, and hardens them into production alongside the client's own team. Critical wherever ISHIR is building AI capability into an account that has thin or no internal AI engineering. Principal Responsibilities
Embed directly with client stakeholders to understand workflows, data, and constraints firsthand
Rapidly prototype AI/agentic solutions and iterate based on real usage, not just requirements docs
Own the handoff from proof-of-concept to production-grade deployment
Bridge the gap between ISHIR delivery teams and client engineering/business teams
Troubleshoot integration issues across client APIs, data sources, and infrastructure in real time
Feed field learnings back into ISHIR's reusable accelerators and playbook.
