- Partner directly with users and customers to understand workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and turn real world problems into software.
- Work closely with the engineering team to design, build, implement and scale end to end full stack solutions for clients across backend, frontend, and AI layers.
- Ensure performance, reliability, observability, and security in production deployments.
- Champion clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Influence solution architecture decisions and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full stack or product experience
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot / microservices) and React.js
- Experience building production grade systems in ambiguous, customer facing environments
- Experience with solutions architecture including architecture design, systems integration, cloud infrastructure and security
- Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (or similar)
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and workflow orchestration
- Comfort operating in 0 to 1 and fast scaling startup environments
- Strong communication, product judgment, and cross functional collaboration skills

Role Overview
- We're building the next generation of agentic platforms and AI powered enterprise solutions.
- As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise users to understand complex workflows, translate ambiguity into software, and ship production ready systems fast.
- You'll operate across robust Java backend services, high quality React.js interfaces, and LLM powered workflows, collaborating closely with customers, AI engineers, designers, and founders.
What You'll Do

- Working closely with the engineering team to design, build, implement and scale end to end full stack solutions for clients across backend, frontend, and AI layers.

What You Bring
