We're building the next generation of agentic platforms AI systems that plan, reason, and act in enterprise environments.
As we scale rapidly, we need a leader who can grow and galvanize high-performing engineering teams while keeping the bar on execution relentlessly high.
As our Engineering Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between technical vision and delivery partnering with AI engineers, backend architects, product designers, and founders to ship systems that are modular, scalable, and battle-tested.
You'll be as comfortable in a roadmap review as you are in a system design session, and you'll know when to coach and when to roll up your sleeves.
Bonus: You'll work in an environment where using AI tools to boost your own (and your team's) efficiency is expected, not optional.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead, grow, and retain a team of backend and full-stack engineers working across our AI orchestration platform.
- Own engineering delivery set clear expectations, unblock teams, manage timelines, and drive accountability without micromanaging.
- Partner with AI engineers and product leadership to translate complex requirements into executable engineering plans.
- Drive architecture and design decisions across API layers, agentic infrastructure, async pipelines, and platform services in close collaboration with staff and principal engineers.
- Establish and uphold engineering best practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and incident response.
- Actively recruit, interview, and onboard top engineering talent as the team scales.
- Create an environment where engineers grow fast, feel ownership, and do the best work of their careers.
- Represent engineering in cross-functional planning, surfacing technical risks early and clearly.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and relentless craftsmanship.
