What You’ll Do
- Embed with customers to understand their needs and help build the next features for the platform.
- Help customers get their system running inside Antithesis and ensure it's catching the bugs they care about most.
- Propose fixes and work with platform engineers to prototype new features.
- Validate prototypes with customers to ensure they solve their problems.
What We Need
- Experience building or operating serious systems software, where correctness matters and the failures are subtle.
- Experience working with customers as an engineer.
- Ability to read, instrument, and debug unfamiliar codebases.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Bonus
- Experience with fuzzing, property-based testing, or chaos engineering.
- Time building the kind of software our customers build: fintech, databases, blockchain, event streaming, cloud infra, trading.
- Building internal tools for other engineers.
