Role Overview
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and integrate AI solutions directly with enterprise customers. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical leadership to customers. Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
- Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
