About the role

What you’ll do
Own our key accounts through the pipeline: from technical scoping, through to implementation ensuring a smooth process for the client that’s live and happy.
Spend time with inspectors in factories and chemical plants. Understand how they work and tailor solutions for them.
Run the project plan for each rollout : timelines, blockers, who needs what and by when.
Configure and build the technical pieces a rollout needs including workflows, integrations, data structures
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Who you are
We believe great teams are made up of highly agentic managers of one. People who care more about shipping results than collecting badges.
You should apply if you’re deeply technical, have strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy managing big accounts and want to own outcomes end to end rather than a slice of a ticket.
You have strong project management instincts: able to manage key accounts and co-ordinate between key stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
You have 5+ years of experience and have built up enough scar tissue to know which technical decisions matter.
US Citizenship will be a big plus to facilitate exciting growth plans.

* An Interview with a cofounder - Jonny (CEO) or Jakob (CTO).
