We are looking for a
Forward Deployed Engineer (Fde)
to work closely with enterprise customers, design innovative AI-driven solutions, and deploy systems that create real business impact.
This role offers the opportunity to own projects end-to-end, from problem definition to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges
✅ Design and implement AI-powered solutions
✅ Build integrations with customer systems and workflows
✅ Own deployments, reliability, and continuous improvement
✅ Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams
✅ Drive measurable business outcomes through technology solutions
Requirements
✔ 5+ years of software engineering or technical problem-solving experience
✔ Strong software design and system-thinking skills
✔ Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise applications
✔ Ability to work directly with customers and solve ambiguous problems
✔ Strong communication and ownership mindset
✔ Arabic speakers preferred; English proficiency required
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience in solutions engineering or customer-facing technical roles
➕ Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational AI
➕ Experience managing and improving production systems
