Requirements

- Strong financial management skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting within construction
- Expertise in project accounting, cost control, variance analysis, and contract financial review
- Proficiency with accounting systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel
- Solid knowledge of UAE financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and team supervision skills

Role Description
- The Finance Manager – Construction Industry will oversee all financial activities for construction projects and operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and compliance with local regulations in Dubai.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Managing budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Overseeing project cost control
- Monitoring cash flow and working capital
- Developing and implementing financial policies
- Reviewing contracts from a financial perspective

Qualifications
