Industrial Logistics Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for the safe and accurate handling of inbound and outbound products, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational standards.

• Load and unload pallets of product from trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming trailers and pallets for damage or signs of infestation and remove any damaged product from pallets as needed.
• Accurately log in pallet IDs and be able to locate them in the designated warehouse location.
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork as required.
• Pull outbound orders from pick tickets, verifying pallet IDs with pick ticket to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare shipments by shrink wrapping pallets as needed, removing shrink wrap when required, and applying required shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by emptying trash and sweeping warehouse floors.
