Requires a general educational knowledge normally acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) ; 5+ years in heavy civil and related functions plus thorough knowledge of civil construction industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience considered. Read and review schedules for accuracy and planning. Operate basic software for time cards and emails. High energy level and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to type, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
