Foreman

As a Foreperson, you'll play a vital role in managing safety on site and ensuring all tasks are carried out with the highest level of expertise and skill. You'll be supervising site operatives, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. As a Foreperson, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering safe and effective site operations. Your day to day will include:

Managing safety on site including delivering inductions, Toolbox Talks, Daily Task Briefings and Point of Work assessments

Supervising site operatives and allocating duties to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently

Implementing work safety plans, method statements and risk assessments in line with relevant documentation

Maintaining daily records of site activities and monitoring plant reports

Identifying and resolving hazards on site to maintain control of the works area

You have demonstrable knowledge and practical application of the set up and day to day running of a construction site

You hold an NVQ Level 1/2 qualification
