- Read and interpret crane assembly drawings, manuals, and technical documentation
- Supervise assembly and dismantling of cranes (LR, Kobelco, Demag, Sany) as per configuration requirements
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, work permits, and company policies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures
- Coordinate with project supervisors, clients, and team members for smooth site operations
- Inspect assembled cranes and ensure alignment, stability, and operational readiness
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain daily work records, team attendance, and progress reports
