- Prepare daily reports highlighting progress, snagging items, defects, and quality related issues
- Inspect materials and completed works to ensure high quality execution
- Oversee multiple sites while ensuring consistent quality and smooth project handover
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman (mandatory)
- Proven experience in renovation and interior fit out works
- Strong expertise in snagging, defect management, and quality inspections
- Knowledge of civil finishing works including plastering, tiling, gypsum, and painting
- Ability to read drawings and manage site activities effectively
- Strong attention to detail, leadership, and reporting skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage
