- Check materials, workmanship, and finishing quality on site
- Resolve day to day site issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, manpower, materials, and work stages
- Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and office teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman
- Proven experience in renovation and interior fit out works
- Strong knowledge of civil works, concrete, block work, plastering, tiling, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
- Ability to manage manpower and meet tight deadlines

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing Renovation & Fit Out construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution experience and the ability to manage multiple renovation projects efficiently.
