Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Foreman with 2–3 years of UAE experience to supervise site workers and ensure smooth execution of daily construction activities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing teams on infrastructure or earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site workers and daily operations
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
- Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and project team
- Monitor work progress and report to the site engineer/project manager
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain discipline and productivity on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Resolve basic site issues and worker concerns
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE
- Experience in infrastructure, roadworks, or earthworks projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with contracting companies
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site practices
