Role Overview
The role is for a Civil Foreman supervising daily civil construction work on site.
The position focuses on residential building projects and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction work on site.
- Assign tasks and manage workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety rules.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance.
- Monitor material usage and request supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with engineers and other trades.
- Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a civil foreman in residential buildings.
- Have strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
- Be able to read drawings and lead a team effectively.
- Have good communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- The stated pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
- Salary and overtime are provided.

Workplace
- Work location is in person at the construction site.
