Position Summary
Supervise food services staff to ensure teamwork, optimum service, and guest satisfaction.
Support daily food and beverage operations, including service monitoring, supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, equipment care, and securing areas.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness.
- Complete inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Complete maintenance work orders for repairs.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and address concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company, safety, security, and quality standards.
- Recommend and implement improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
