Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Food Delivery & Service

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all dishes are presented correctly, with appropriate garnishes and accompaniments
• Verify orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy
• Announce dishes clearly when serving and ensure correct placement at the table

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise closely with chefs, pass staff, and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
• Communicate any delays, missing items, or issues promptly to the service team
• Assist in expediting orders during busy service periods

Table Support

• Assist waitstaff with clearing plates and maintaining cleanliness
• Refill water and assist with basic guest needs when required
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for incoming guests

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations as per **Dubai Municipality guidelines**
• Handle food with care to avoid contamination or spillage

Operational Support

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Ensure service stations are stocked and organized
• Support the team during peak hours to maintain service efficiency

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Conditions

• Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work split shifts if required
