- Assist with daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet outlet standards
- Support Sous Chef and CDP in daily operations
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
- Set up and break down work stations
- Maintain hygienic conditions in work areas
- Assist with control of food stock and food cost
Requirements
- Ability to join immediately
- Experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
