- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on supply and delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and supplier performance
Requirements
- 1 4 years of experience in food procurement
- Strong negotiation and effective communication skills
- Good knowledge of food safety standards and local regulations, preferably SFDA requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

- المسؤولية عن البحث عن موردين المواد الغذائية، وشراء المنتجات الغذائية، وضمان توريدها في الوقت المناسب وفقاً للسياسات الشركة، ومعايير الجودة، والميزانية المعتمدة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- البحث عن موردين المواد الغذائية وتقييمهم والتفاوض معهم بشأن الأسعار والعقود.
- إعداد أوامر الشراء ومتابعة عمليات التوريد والتسليم.
- التأكد من الالتزام بلوائح سلامة الغذاء ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة في الشركة.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتنسيق مع فرق المستودعات والعمليات لضمان توفر المواد.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق والبحث عن فرص لخفض التكاليف وتحسين كفاءة المشتريات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمشتريات والأسعار وتقييم أداء الموردين.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1 4 سنوات في مجال المشتريات الغذائية.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل الفعال.
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والأنظمة المحلية، ويفضل الإلمام بمتطلبات الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء السعودية (SFDA).
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP وبرامج Microsoft Office.
