About the Role

  • InterContinental Dubai Marina seeks a Food & Beverages Administrator to support F&B operations.

Your Role

  • Provide administrative support for all Food & Beverages operations, including both Kitchen and Service teams.
  • Coordinate and maintain departmental documentation, reports, records, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and submit payroll by verifying attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and other payroll related information for all F&B colleagues.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation, training records, and other employee related administration.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and departmental statistics as required.
  • Liaise with all related departments to ensure smooth operational coordination.
  • Monitor office supplies, raise purchase requests, and support inventory and stock administration when required.
  • Arrange departmental meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and administrative procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1 2 years in a similar admin role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service focused mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
