About the Role
InterContinental Dubai Marina seeks a Food & Beverages Administrator to provide administrative support for F&B operations, including payroll, documentation, and coordination. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of admin experience in luxury hotels and strong knowledge of F&B operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for all Food & Beverages operations, including both Kitchen and Service teams
- Coordinate and maintain departmental documentation, reports, records, and filing systems
- Prepare and submit payroll by verifying attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and other payroll related information for all F&B colleagues
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, training records, and other employee related administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and departmental statistics as required
- Liaise with all related departments to ensure smooth operational coordination
- Monitor office supplies, raise purchase requests, and support inventory and stock administration when required
- Arrange departmental meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and administrative procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years in a similar admin role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment
- Excellent communication skills and a service focused mindset
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Fluent in English
