Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders for local suppliers and ensure stock availability per PAR levels
- Oversee receiving of items, verifying quantity, brand, specifications, shelf life, and price
- Maintain organized storerooms following FEFO and PAR level standards
- Coordinate store to store transfers and incoming transfers
- Process wastage and prep entries in the system daily
- Conduct spot visits and counts to the warehouse
Requirements
- Experience in stock control or inventory management
- Knowledge of FSM standards
- Ability to prepare purchase orders and manage stock levels
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Oversee storage locations inside and outside the outlet ensuring ingredient safekeeping
- Apply FSM standards correctly at all times while monitoring stock movement
- Prepare purchase orders, oversee receiving, storage, transfers, etc.
- Maintain an objective business relationship with vendors
Qualifications
- Prepare Purchase Orders for local suppliers, ensuring stocks are available at all times and adherent to set PAR levels
- Communicate orders to vendors and follow up regarding delivery dates and times
- Oversee receiving and make sure items delivered match the Purchase Order + Invoice
- Report any issues related to stock availability, deliveries, prices, etc.
- Ensure outlet Storerooms are organized, clean, zoned, follow FEFO and are stocked as per PAR level standards
- Take an active part in establishing, maintaining, and updating PAR levels
- Oversee store to store transfers
- Implement incoming transfers
- Process Wastage entries in the system daily and accurately
- Process Prep entries in the system daily and accurately
- Oversee Warehouse Stock Movement files
- Conduct spot visits and counts to the Warehouse
