- Control costs without jeopardizing quality or quantity
- Maintain a positive friendly relation with customers and embed this culture in team members
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience with Hiring and team coordination
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven organizational and problem solving abilities in a fast paced environment
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field is an advantage
