- Greet guests as they arrive and provide menus
- Answer questions regarding the menu and make suggestions
- Upsell drinks, side orders, and beverages
- Relay food orders to the kitchen and serve courses in sequence
- Conduct restaurant opening and closing procedures
- Service tables ensuring a clean and presentable environment
- Handle guest complaints courteously and apply recovery solutions
- Operate cash register (POS System) and handle cash
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with HACCP procedures
- Participate in training and continual assessment
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail

Job Description
- This position delivers the dining experience by providing information to help food and beverage selection, presenting ordered choices ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Job Scope
