Role Overview
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and events.
Help deliver positive dining experiences while maintaining service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide menu information.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Keep tables, service areas, and equipment clean and properly arranged.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and feedback.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
- Follow billing, cash-handling, and payment procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, ingredients, and hotel facilities.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, banquets, and special events.
- Report guest concerns, maintenance issues, and stock shortages.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bar is preferred.
- Hospitality or customer-service experience is an advantage.
