Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B operations
- At least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of restaurant and hospitality operations
- Proven experience managing budgets and large teams

Role Overview
- Hamptons Cafe & Restaurant is seeking an Operations Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B) for a full time role based in Dubai, UAE.
- Direct reports to CEO.
- Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of F&B outlets, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, cafés, kitchens, bars, banquets).
- Ensure consistent delivery of high quality food, beverages, and service standards.
- Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and brand compliance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for F&B operations.
