- Oversee agricultural operations, assess crop performance, and implement best practices to improve yield and quality
- Analyze market trends and production data to inform investment decisions and support sourcing and distribution of agricultural commodities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, preparing technical and commercial reports
- Provide expert advice on sustainable and efficient agricultural practices
- Contribute to new project evaluations and support sales and business development teams with agriculture related insights
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Agriculture and Agricultural Production with practical experience in managing or supporting farming operations or agri commodities
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret production data, market trends, and project performance
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross functional teams, suppliers, and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices, supply chain principles, and regional agricultural markets, preferably within the GCC
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast paced, investment focused environment

Role Description
- Oversee agricultural operations, assess crop performance, and implement best practices to improve yield and quality.
- Analyze market trends and production data to inform investment decisions and support sourcing and distribution of agricultural commodities.

Qualifications
